hmm...everyone deals with it in their own way im sure.
id have a look around you and at your immediate family and see if anyone else is needing some help....is anyone watching over the affairs to be settled? maybe you can take charge of that it will give you something to do.
i went through some stuff like this just a few months ago...sucks bigtime.
keep your chin up, and try to be positive to those around you as everyone is going to be feeling bad
