Sorry for your loss Amp. I don't think getting drunk, angry or taking it out on other people will help you in the least bit.
It hurts and probably will for a long while and although you don't forget, the pain 'numbs' after awhile. You have to have some 'acquaintance' that could lend an ear, a neighbour that will listen - doesn't hurt to reach out when you simply need to talk or vent. It does the mind good.
Don't bottle it in - cry it out, yell if you have to - just don't get physical with anything/anyone, it doesn't help and tomorrow other than broken 'friends/bones/relationships/walls' you'll still have to face your loss. Take it one day at a time, it gets better.
