Quality healthcare is so much cheaper in other countries we now have the case where Americans are traveling overseas to get stuff done and even if they dont qualify for the free care they are still paying a ton less. Its called medical tourisim or something similar. I have experienced a variety of medical care in several free healtcare countries and also America. Virtually no difference between the healthcare except the cost.
Only in some very rare occasions is it worth going to the US to get care, and those situations usually only revolve around medical trials and very rare or new procedures.
