I'm looking for tool that could help me do one of these batch processes:

1) batch download clips from links with the url within the file name
2) batch download clips from a list of urls with each file being downloaded in order and renamed.

I have a huge list of clips that I need to get descriptions done for and it would be awesome if I didn't have to click each link in excel to get them downloaded

please help out guys
