I think many people would pay to search it. That being said, I see a number of obvious legal issues here. First of all, there's HIPAA/privacy issues. Medical records are private, and this is (or should be) confidential data. Second, if you're wrong about someone's condition, I see libel waiting in the wings. Good luck.
