Did many, those days are long gone.
Had people from this board contact me and I did tours and they didnt even launch the tours, had bad luck dealing with programs offering it. Seems that its a waste of time for them so they dont really give two shits about you, your tour, or amount of time you put in to designing tours with 20 banners, both non nude and nude etc.... I put in a lot of time on BYOTs and while i did make a good chunk of change on some, most were complete waste of time as the program owners didnt even launch some of them and ended their BYOT programs because they failed.
