Me and Sleazy have gone back and forth on the boards more than once over the years. When I met him in Costa Rica, he was still polite and friendly. He even offered me some of his dinner.
Yeah I can see how he rubbed people wrong, but other than calling people names and what not I can't think of any incident where he actually went out of his way to try and harm someone.
Sounds like he's having it hard enough as it is so even if you can't stand the guy, Amp is right, there's nothing to be gained by continuing to be an ass to him. Just leave him be.
