Noble concept champ. I applaud your efforts.

That said, without iron clad proof, and in this sue happy online/real world. I would make sure I had my ducks in a row before naming companies and branding them one thing or another. Some of them, especially BROgrams, are not going to like it nor will sit back and take it.... resulting in that they will probably sue you into silence.
