Ok lets say I start a website and state "These are companies and/or persons we would not personally do business with or associate ourselves with. The decision to do business or associate yourself with the companies and/or persons listed is completely up to you. We are only providing our personal opinion and the information on to why we will not do business with said companies and/or persons." Then we list the companies and/or persons with information on why we would not do business with said companies and/or persons. This would be considered libel?
