I agree 100%. I've said this before. The ideal time to sell a paysite network was Summer of 2008. The ideal time to sell a TGP network was 2007ish. That is when you could have asked top dollar for each. Top dollar imo being 3 years. Since then TGPs have taken a hit like no other. Any tgp that is still doing well is doing well because it is well managed. It will no doubt have a rough 2010 and 2011. Paysites are facing a number of challenges in 2010 and 2011. Nobody in their right mind will pay 3 years for a TGP and Paysite business. The future for both is far to uncertain. Paying 3 years revenue on 2009 numbers will take 5+ years to recoup imo.
