My biggest one is payment. I hate having to chase around programs for money. One program that I used to push a lot a few years ago used to fuck up my payment almost every other time. I had to constantly remind them of how many sales I had and what the amount should be.
Another one is when affiliate reps promise to get you stuff, then never deliver, the have the nerve to ask why you are not promoting them. I have the same one hit me up about once a month asking why Im not sending any traffic anymore... its because for almost a year, Im still waiting for those FLV files and FHG output that you promised
But one that constantly comes up is reps that IM me about trying out their content. Fine, no problem I'm willing to try out something new, but Im not going to replace ALL the content on my network with your sites. Ive actually had two reps ask me about this and said "i thougth you were going to use our content?" Really? Sure, let me risk my revenue by switching to somehting that I dont know if it will convert

I hate this, especially when I am doing work and need content NOW. Its not like they are giving full access to their sites, but just absurd.
