nobody sells because they have kids or are tired. not unless you're 65.
you sell when you see the end of the road.
with catch phrases like "right now the network is neglected" and "in the right hands the network will make a large amount of money"
should give buyers pause. When you're buying an online business @ 3 years earnings, it should be absolutely turn key and run at the same high level without the old owner. if not, well.......
