ON2 is better, however... money!
humm, give you 2 settings advices as follow,
BlackBerry .mp4 -- video codec mpeg4, size 320x240, BitRate 640kbps should work, and 768kbps must be more than enough.
Apple iPod .m4v -- video codec h.264, others almost same above-mentioned setting.
By the way, a good choice from my last customer is Quicktime/iPod as h.264, .m4v, 640x480, 1200kbps Average rate.
