I know it sucks. But sometimes letting your house go and starting over isnt a bad thing. When home ownership is more of a liabilty than investment which it seems to be for many this day in age its time to let go..

Getting or borrowing some money is only a short term fix. You need a restructure from the inside out with your finances and sometimes letting go of the home is the biggest step towards that.

There is nothing wrong with renting. Relieve some stress and financial burden and consider letting go of your home. The whole concept of people owning and the American Dream has really put families and this society into a world of hurt.

Im sorry for your struggles. But Many familes will find that if they give up their homes and move into something more realistic they can afford it helps. There is nothing worse than that fear of instability of living in a home you cant afford and fearing it can be taken from under you at literally anytime.
