OK I think I'm going to ride it out then. Thanks for the advice everyone. We will work this issue out come hell or high water. And yes, I know I'm sitting on a great idea right now that will turn a nice sized profit eventually. I'm not afraid of hard work...never have been, never will be. :D But yeah, we will do what we can to work this out with the landlord. Thanks again everyone. :D
