You totally nailed that one. I constantly get indian and pakistan webmasters on msn telling me they can get xxx.xxx visitors/day on my sites by seo easily and then a week later they contact me again with "I will work cheaper because I need money bla bla".
Now, if they really were good at SEO they would not be out of money now would they?
