Pizza is very subjective. I've had good pizza in a few of the major cities mentioned and I don't see any of those places listed here. I guess it's all about what you want to get out of a pizza, the fact that the first pizza listed is Chicago deep dish says alot.
Personally, I can't do chicago pizza. I like my pizza thin and simple. New York style is my favorite, but I'm open minded. I'll try anything as long as it's not 2" thick or has sauce on top of the cheese. I was surpised to see they hit Boston and didn't mention Pizzeria Rico, but if if chicago is the gold standard I don't think I'd see eye to eye on any of it.
