That said, there's two in LA that I will check out. I've only come across one decent pizza place in LA and I'd like options. Back east you couldn't swing a dead cat around by the tail without hitting one.

There's a place on the East coast of FL that imports water from NY for their pizza dough. I haven't had a chance to try it though.
