Even that is to long. The current practice is to now collect full payment BEFORE services rendered. Let the client negotiate for a refund if they feel the work is not to their standards.
All sectors of business are seeing scamming and rip-offs, dead-beats and flakes. You have t protect yourself or YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
