I have submitted many urls (1k+), different catagory's , different accounts etc .
And rated the links lots of times .
Used a low traffic site for easy link tracking , no increase whatsoever
I haven't used the linkdump submitter much (lack of time) , but that seems to work , only not worth the time with the default db .
Another ~$40 lesson learned ...
