I've never heard of them, but it looks like they deliver all traffic thru some type of popup or popunder traffic. I've seen these types of sites before, and a lot of the traffic is generated from 'Pay To Click' type schemes ( = useless traffic).
And clicked traffic for $0.70/K is unrealistically low, in my opinion.
