Yep. It was for a logo for a Volkswagen project I was working on. He just took a photo from somewhere, ran it through photoshop filters and added some text and called it a logo.
When I told him that he didn't have the rights to the image, he ran directly to GFY to start a thread calling me a scammer because I wouldn't send him $25.
He didn't mention that he didn't have the rights to use the image.
