the key for me was to figure out where my daily max carbs needed to be. it's ~ 30g/day. then sitting back and going with my body adjusting to getting energy from fat. that was pretty weird.
i've read a lot about the ckd diet, cycling keto to gain muscle at the same time. it's even more focused and refined than what i just did.
