I asked my doctor for it, but he didn't know what it was. I can't pronounce it, so I wrote it down and showed it to the pharmacist, she looked at me like I was a rutard.

I get a lot of emails about it, it sounds like some good stuff, but where can I get some c1al1s and how do you pronounce it? Is it Russian?
