Been with them for a few years now myself and havent looked back. The boys really go out of their way to help people out....even on a virtual account which I started on myself. As soon as business picked up, I grew out of the virtual account and the upgrade was quick and I experienced no downtime. In fact my uptime right now on the server is 829 days
