Minutes later He called into the office, I spoke with him and explained the security issues of giving root to a virtual server. Also I reactivated his support and ftp and also got him set up with phpmyadmin to assist him with the move. Then I also wrote to him clearly in his original ticket that on the last day of the month at midnight we would be closing his account. So along comes that midnight time and we did not close the account, nor did we charge him for the month, what we did do is wait 2 more additional days and then tried to contact him via 2 different phone numbers he gave us and Both numbers were disconnected. It is at this time we closed his account as we had already said we would be doing. Now today the shit hits the boards and all that needed to be done is a simple call to us at the office and we would have gladll given him the Tar copy to download, which in the end he has now.
So as everyone can see this wasall a big waste of time and our reputation for nothing. That about sums it up and I am sorry if I made any typos but I'm pretty wiped out tonigh. People let it rest, we have spoken, worked out the issue and moved along.
OH xenigo, Broke?..LMAO...that was funny
