I thought the interviewer was Kramer until the audio kicked in. That would have been funnier if it was.
Honestly after the other interview earlier this week I'm surprised that they didn't lay down harder ground rules for these press junkets. Like "if you mention the incident we're killing the feed" or something along those lines.
I mean, even in present times an interview with Mel Gibson is still a pretty nice feather in the cap of some of these guys. It's strange to see no name reporters taking risks, it's like suddenly everyone thinks they're Barbra Walters.
Gibson deserves to get some guff, I think it's pretty obvious from his irrittability he still feels the way he always has. How can you hate jews?! Maybe it's an anglo thing. As an italian I find I get along with jews like peas and carrots. I mean, besides the whole meat and cheese thing we pretty much always agree. ;)
