I don't think holding a show in October is very practical since Oktoberfest is the last week of Sept and as JFK pointed out, Venus is in Oct. My vote if you are doing a show in the 2nd half of the year would be Nov. If you are going to do an October show, having it REALLY close to the Oktoberfest Gathering would be perfect so everyone who goes to that can just fly directly to the next show ;)

So Amsterdam directly to Munich directly to another show ? And then fit in Berlin for the people going there
If someone could schedule another couple of shows, you wouldn't even need to go home anymore.
I'd say November is a good time both for people that wanna close a couple of quick deals before the end of a tax year or to make postponed deals for the new tax year
