Yes Domino's here really sucks! The town I'm living in now doesn't have very many big chain restaurants. Actually the only two are Domino's and Mcdonald's with a KFC under construction.
On the plus side, there are a TON of EXCELLENT local restaurants!
For example, one place I went to a couple weeks ago, Ordered the New York Steak dinner, basically came with two steaks (I was expecting the meal to come with only one of the size that each one was), veggies, a side of paticones (plantanes), salad and a small corn on the cob.... the price?
Less than $7 USD. And it was DAMN good to boot!

I forget sometimes since all the local currency says "United States of America" on it
Besides, Panama is much more fun than the United States. Especially while living here with an outside source of income

Great idea, maybe next time! But next time I think I'm going to lay off the doble queso y doble pepperoni from now on anyways!

Canada was downright depressing after spending Nov 2008-Feb2009 in Panama and coming back in the middle of winter. I definitely know the feeling of Panama withdrawal
Feels good to be back!
