Clips stores are not for everyone. Not everyone's content is going to convert. Plus they take some degree or work just like a pay site or any other adult property. Not as much IMHO. However, you still have to invest a wee bit of time to make your cabbage.
That said, I love the simplicity of a clip store. For me, it is easy extra money with less than a half hour's worth of work daily to make a car or house payment for the month. Even on rerun content.
A clip store is not going to make you a millionaire, but for what little time it takes me (and others) for the extra money. It is a nice business model for some easy money.
