The main guys I use for my existing CMS work and modifications are borked (Andy) and konrad. Two of the best programmers in the adult marketplace. Neither one of them are cheap. But they are worth every penny!
Unfortunately, this keeps them both very busy. So they can't always take on bigger projects. But they are honest about it. Which I absolutely love! They do not take on work they can't give 100% to and meet time commitments. Which is a quality few programmers and designers have.

I know what you're saying. I've just been browsing MM over the past few months, hence the comment. Though their system sucks a lot of the time, I can definitely see someone coming up with a better one.
