he was probably talking about legit tube sites that only have sponsors clips under 3 minutes long. a tube surfer who's used to Pornhub, Spankwire etc sure won't be back again to a 3 minute tube site
took a quick look at his legit tube site and it looks like they are using their full length scenes.
