I'm sorry - I hate that you weren't getting an answer. I looked at your profile on the other board to find you in our system, but unfortunately I don't have any of the sites listed in my database. Please please email me at liz at aebn dot net. I try to keep up with the boards, but I do miss posts sometimes, and some boards I don't get my notifications as readily.

Gillo, to the best of my knowledge, the credit in your account is as soon as we update, just like VOD purchases. Likewise, your RealTouch user remains yours, just like our VOD.
