I would be very curious to try one of the thai ravioli dishes! But since I'm pretty sure thats prorpietary to that chain I can't really speak for it.
Doing a little digging they do have some of the more trad dished. I stand by Tom Ka Gai soup to start followed by Pad Thai or Chicken Panang for your first taste of thai.
