I hope to be soon, just filed papers for an LLC. Currently still working a 9-5 and would love to do something I enjoy. I do like the safety of knowing I have a pay check coming every week, health insurance, and vacation time...but being my own boss would be awsome. Luckily my wife has a good job so it helps a lot. I am also taking civil service exams...these jobs have the best benefits. I won't quit my day job until I feel confident I can make it...
We are now looking to buy some real estate and start a family but everything is just crazy expensive in the NYC/Westchester/LI areas where we want to live and the taxes are just insane. There is not much of a recession or house devaluation here.
So to live the lifestyle we imagine I need to become more successful with my online projects in the near future.
