90% of boob jobs look terrible no matter where they went in. The false shape, the size (most girls don't get a boobjob to actually have the tits a better shape, but simply size) ... most are too big for the girl's body so they look disproportionate. Yuk.
And this one yeah is a terrible example at any rate.
