your design layout is utter crap, you look like a paysite when you hit the page and will lose surfers very fast.
wtf is the point of having a paysite look on a tube? you are defeating the entire purpose of it being a tube.
tubes do well because of content delivery your site screams "im going to have to signup to something"
whoever told you to have such a bulky header and menu bar should be fired.
