I think it's all BS. I'm sure the tabloids make more than enough selling stories they know are bs to cover the one or two suits that eventually arrise from it. Also I think stars give them alot of room because hey, it's free publicity. This whole debacle is probably the best thing to ever happen to Anniston's career.

I think Pitt and Jolie are suing because it's kinda jumped the shark lately. They're getting nothing but bad press about breaking up and infidelity, getting to the point where it hurts them more than it helps them, so they are finally putting their foot down.
