I use
Anarchy Media for local, self hosted embeds, but I'm puzzled over why anyone would want to have .mov filed on their site. It's an Apple spawn which requires Apple bloatware to run and Apple bloatware is the only thing that can ever make stable operating systems crash. Any site that still offers .mov movies looks like they're 10 years backwards in time. Convert that Apple bullshit to some stable and reliable format and offer that to your surfers. Anarchy Media will play it back either way, but why crash people's computers by forcing them to use quick time?
