That is laughable, at best. Everyone here is a POTENTIAL client, meat-head. So, GTBill's reactions in public are a reflection of their professionalism, care, and concern for their clients. And, until now, it looks as though they're disinterested in updating the general population and more interested in protecting its own. If you want to partake in a public forum and enjoy the benefits, you had better fully expect to be hammered if you fuck up as well. These boards aren't only for positive publicity, it is a risk that you take when you register. And, in 2009, we saw Dirty D and host of others get hammered by everyone for 10s or 100s of pages for (relatively) minor instances. GTBill hasn't processed for 20+ days. In my eyes, that is pretty major and deserves a certain amount of attention. What if this was CCBill? It would be chaotic in this thread!
