So she says for $150 they can change the fair class and upgrade the seats, so before I say "ok" she transfers me to someone to check the upgrade and this woman now says "no, it has to be a Q class to upgrade."
I get transferred back and the same lady goes "oh sorry, we do make mistakes." REALLY WHORE? you would of just cost me $300 for your mistake
How can an airline not have their shit together and who the fuck cares about what class it is. ive never had so many problems with one shitty airline before in my life with basic shit. then they close out almost all the seats for "premium" which makes only middle seats available.
