We have tested this over many years. Your thoughts are the same as many but it works and it works well. If they are current members they can simply press the back button and login correctly. Trust me it converts and you are leaving money on the table if you are not at least trying this. Hit me up if you want to test with us we have some nice pages designed to convert this already.
