I hope you all know I'm a really nice guy. I'm not trying to be a dick but I can't help myself... With processing down and maybe even losing my reserve is why I'm so mad. Put yourself in my shoes.
Before this mess I really liked your company and I think you have an amazing staff. Derek and Dominic are rockstars! And did I mention Derek is so dreamy?

But I think that amazing staff doesn't have any answers because this issue is bigger then them and over them to resolve.
All I can hope for at this point is that you guys get to business as normal. This is terrible PR for your company and not how any company should handle a situation like this.
