Fuck it. I haven't owned a car for ~10 years while living in Tokyo. You save a bundle without having to pay:

- car payments
- insurance
- parking
- maintenance
- gas
- accessories
- tolls

Sure I miss driving and enjoying tunes in the car but when I want to go somewhere I just pickup a good quality rental (in Japan they are well maintained and non-smoking).
