Communication is one of the most difficult things in the world today.
Any form of not being absolutely clear as how you want things done in advance whereas the other party understands 100% what you mean, could end up in terrible miscommunication and assumptions (which are the "mother of all fuckups" usually, if you don't mind me using this well know quote, I mean no harm here for you but I will defend Jonh's reputation).

Thank you for a very civil response. Just to clarify, I was very clear about what I wanted upfront and that was not delivered.
As to claims by other forum members that I'm being greedy or not grateful. What I got back is not the point, it's what i didn't get that was promised to me. I've been in business for 20 years and the one thing I've learnt is that your word is paramount.
If you say you're going to make good by doing something, then keep your word. If you can't then communicate with the person or company in question and explain why. John Falcon didn't keep his word and didn't bother to let me know.
Can you honestly say that's professional?
