Ive never dealt with either one of these guys, but after this thread I would have no problems dealing with ACW. I mean really you got 105 post for FREE and you got your money back. WTF do you have to complain about. It might have cost you some time but you know you will be using all those post. Not to mention you got your money back, Now you can go buy the post you originally wanted from someone cheaper.
So as I see it you got 105 for free, a full refund (no proccessing fees), and you will probably go with another company that is cheaper anyways.
Why would you send an attachement in an email with a few hundred galleries, and not just the ones you wanted done? This confuses me, you talk about being professional, I consider this just plain lazy and unprofessional.
These people are running a business not a charity. If you had gone with any other company or person and this had happened I would bet you would have not gotten a refund.
You really should be thankful that they tried everything they could do to make you happy within common sense.
