wow that's low. Is he posting pictures of her? If he's not posting pictures of her, then you might have difficulties getting it removed.
If he's posting pictures, then goto the host they'll more then likely remove it right away.
The girl also can try calling the cops and getting a restraining order against him so he can't do it again.
