A note about ecigs and quitting real cigs

It has been a trying few days, but I wanted to pass on a few bits of info if you are considering changing over to ecigs.

Make sure you are 100% healthy before you make the change over. I thought I was but evidently I had the remains of throat infection/flu of some kind from about 3 weeks ago. Within 24 hours of dropping regular cigs and going with ecigs I noticed my throat, lymph nodes and teeth were a little sensitive. 8 days in I had to go to the Dr's today because I felt like I had a tooth ache in every tooth and my lymph nodes under my chin were so sore turning my head was nearly impossible.

The Dr. attributed everything to the rapid detox your body goes through when you stop smoking. He told me the changes in your system are extreme and very rapid and may make things flare up that you thought you were over, I knew I had some kind of flu thing a few weeks ago so figuring out what was going on was easy.

So if you are going to thinking of giving up analog cigs and going with ecigs be sure you are 100% healthy. A bottle of Amoxicillan and a Drs visit later I am going to be fine but I don't wish this pain on my worse enemy.

Just a heads up...
