Iameros, you are not getting more free posts plus a refund. This is not the world of getting something for nothing. So many try and most fail. Even if John did offer you more free posts for a split second in time, I'm sure within a split second he realized that you did not deserve them at all. No one works for free and you got your money plus some free posts. You just sound like you're mad that John changed his mind over giving you additional free posts and you are stomping around like a baby about it. Let it go. You sound like one of those guys who enjoys a porn membership, downloads all of the content, and then charges back the membership. Just sayin'....
Honestly, I think John did the right thing. I am sure you are probably a nice guy but you just react strongly to not getting your way even after being generously compensated for all of your troubles. It sounds as if there was an honest mistake and you just can't let it go. I am sure that it sucked for you as far as how long it took to get the work and that you didn't get exactly what you wanted .However, what you were given in return for your troubles was more than fair. Take a good, hard look and think about this. In business, when there is a dispute and a judge rules, typically the judge gives you enough to make you "whole" again. In other words, you don't profit from something, you are simply put back in the place before the problem occurred. In this case, you were given your money back PLUS you got free posts. You got a windfall. To expect more of a windfall is both unfair and a bit outrageous. If I were to believe your story and John did offer you more posts for a moment in time, I'm sure he realized within moments that you were undeserving of them. Just like in court, you were made whole plus you got a bit of a windfall. In a court system, you would get NO windfall. To expect more is just ludicrous and not realistic.
