As I said, best seat on a plane and I'm still on a plane.... but if the price was reasonable, I would pay for a few extra inches of leg room - I don't need my own bathroom though.

In the UK on charter airlines (the sort that run package holidays) you can pay a bit extra to sit in the exit rows which don't have seats in front of them. Obviously, those places are limited and they are first come first serve but the option is there. You also have to be willing and able to assist in an emergency if you take those seats.
